The new 60 x 36-foot greenhouse will operate with advanced technology to minimize labor needs and provide saplings with 24/7 care. Automated shade systems will mimic native day and night cycles, while environmental controls aid in humidity and temperature management. The greenhouse will include an operable roof glazed with 8mm twin-wall polycarbonate to allow optimal sunlight exposure and aeration. Rolling benches will also reduce the amount of walkways needed, thus freeing valuable growing space and simplifying transportation.
