Project Scope
Project: Finalize design and submit stamped (for Colorado) greenhouse and shade house structure and glazing systems as well as provide foundation reactions for the greenhouse and shade house option selected by CSFS. Finalize the design/sizing of cooling and heating systems for the greenhouse and shade house based on the options selected and provide cut sheet submissions for MEP bid package. Self-perform construction of greenhouse, headhouse, and shade structures and placement of equipment outlined above
Project Scope:
- Procure and deliver greenhouse structure and environmental equipment
- Collaboration with Hausmann (G.C) and selected trades to establish a sequenced milestone schedule that aligns with the best practices for construction of greenhouse
- Engage and provided answers to other discipline contractors regarding questions that arose during the multiple GMP bid package procurement process
- Assist with development of responsibility matrix and engagements of other trades during GMP bidding process to ensure that delineation of scope was established
