“LLK Greenhouse Solutions has been an exceptional design-assist-build partner for the Michigan State Renovation and Addition project. From the initial kickoff with the architect of record and MSU through to CD/GMP finalization, LLK has expertly aligned end users’ requirements with the established budget. Their self-performed model for procuring and constructing the greenhouse structure, along with environmental equipment and controls, has ensured the project remains on time and within budget. Additionally, LLK’s proactive coordination with the MEP trades has been instrumental in meeting the project milestones. Based on their outstanding performance, LLK has been selected to self-perform the procurement and construction of the rooftop greenhouse for another Michigan State University project—the $205 million Plant and Environmental Science Building that Clark has been awarded.”
