Project Scope

Design, procure, and install greenhouse structures and systems necessary to meet Longwood’s desired environment

Scope of work included:

• Engage end-users to validate and document greenhouse requirements.
• Review of preliminary greenhouse structure documents and drawinng to comfrim/validate requirements.
• Engage manufacturers, conduct installer site visit, and perform value engineering process.
• Assist Bancroft Construction subcontractors in addressing questions necessary to supply their price budget.
• Create a written scope of work and fixed price, best value budget document to be submitted to Longwood Garden bboard for approval.
• Self-performance and management of services outlined within the approved fixed-price budget.
• Supply engineer stamped stucture drawing.
