Limited Space Construction Challenge
LLK collaborated with the greenhouse manufacturer (Van Wingerden) and Grower Direct to provide greenhouse construction services to erect a 185,000 square foot Van Wingerden MX Style Open Greenhouse in an area with limited space. The greenhouse structure was steel with an aluminum roof and was glazed with polyethylene plastic.

Project Scope
- Provided greenhouse manufacturer with design evaluation, constructability review, and estimating services.
- Assisted in the planning and development and successful execution of sequenced schedule with Grower Direct trade partners to ensure proper execution of project in the limited space available.
- Project-managed and quality-controlled self-performed work completed by LLK while ensuring work completed by other trades was performed following the project specifications
- Commissioned greenhouse structure and equipment.
